The Daily Glou

Hello friends- Katie here (wine director). Want to know more about the wine club? It’s simple really- The daily glou is a platform to try easy-going, interesting and different wines. I have spent my career learning about these wines just through tasting & experimenting with friends & the Cork team- what do we like, what do we not, who makes the wines, how are they made, where do they come from, what makes them taste that way…the questions are endless but that doesn’t mean it has be a complicated and heady experience. It can be if you want it to be…and sure, sometimes that’s my jam, but for the most part I’m looking to find you wines outside the typical ‘box’ that have come from healthy land, give you a true sense of varietal & place, and maybe have a fun story to tell too.
