Located on School Street in downtown Stowe, Cork is a chef-driven restaurant and natural wine shop offering a seasonal menu built around local Vermont ingredients.

Our menu changes almost daily under Executive Chef Weston Nicoll, shaped by what's coming out of the farms and the rhythm of the seasons. The wine list rotates alongside it — organic and biodynamic bottles chosen to spark a little discovery — with artisanal cocktails at the bar.

The room is warm and intimate, equally suited to a quiet date night, dinner with friends, or a glass of something interesting after work. In the warmer months, our patio is one of the best spots in town to linger over a long meal under the Vermont sky.
