This spring, Cork Restaurant is flipping the switch.
UNCORKED is our way of loosening things up for the season with a limited-time dinner format — leaning into food that feels both familiar and fun, while staying rooted in the quality and intention that define Cork.
You’ll find a menu that still reflects our ingredient-driven approach, just with a little more room to play. Alongside it: natural wines, Miller High Lifes & Modelos, and casual cocktails like Ranch Water.
A little high-brow, a little low-brow but all still distinctly Cork.
