French Hibernation Fare Wine Dinner

Join us on Thursday, February 7th for the wine dinner of the winter at Cork. This decadent dinner will feature a French fare line up, inspired by the bistro scene of Montreal. Rally a group of friends for this unique dining experience in Stowe. Tickets are $55 per person:


•Lemon (or Dover ) Sole, grilled asparagus, orange, hazlenuts, saffron emulsion, pancetta

•Seafood fettuccine - house made pasta, lobster, mussels, shrimp, scallop, basil, roasted garlic, cream, reggiano

•Short Ribs, currant jam, confit potato, peppercorn butter, almost burnt cream

•Roast Duck, truffle, brandy cherry sauce, brown butter oyster mushrooms, barley

*Unfortunately, there are no vegetarian options for this dinner
