Cork Waterbury: Mint Pop-Up

Mint Restaurant and Tea Lounge is popping up at Cork Waterbury! We'll welcome Mint's amazing vegetarian & vegan gourmet cuisine at 40 Foundry Street this Sunday from 5-8 pm. Cork will pour our regular wine & beer (including $4 local draft beers!) and Mint will provide the eats.

The Menu for Sunday...
CURRIED CREPE – 11
Filled with curried wilted spinach, chickpeas, cauliflower, beets and potatoes

QUINOA SALAD – 10
With steamed veggies (mix), scallions, lemon juice, olive oil, avocado and balsamic reduction

Corn, green peas, tofu, scallions and cornmeal fritters; shaved cabbage and cilantro salad
