Why Natural Wine & why cork:

Local and organic food is my passion. I've dedicated a large part of my career and education to understanding food systems and how they impact communities.  When the opportunity to join cork came about I knew that I would be able to take this to the next level, paring both food and wine that are creating positive environmental and community impacts.

FOOD AT CORK:

I'm not a traditionalist, I enjoy balancing bold flavors and cooking in season. Vermont has incredible distinct seasonal variation and our food cravings are influenced by our environmental conditions.  We're looking to create a unique ever changing tasting experience at Cork by finding the best, fresh, local products and putting them on a pedestal for our guests.

FAVORITE BOTTLE AT CORK:

Get back to me after I do a few more tastings, but in the summer, anything crisp with good acidity.
